(Oral) Learned counsel for the respondent submits that earlier an amount of `4,9,000/- was paid to the petitioner by way of cheque and today cheque No.528864 dated 10.01.2017 amounting to `1,86,320/- has been handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondent also submits that the full and final payment has been released whereas learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the total amount comes to `15 lacs.

In view of submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, nothing remains in the present petition.

Disposed of accordingly.

However, in case, any difference of amount is there, the petitioner is at liberty to make representation within a period of one month Neetu Rani 2017.01.17 10:39 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

COCP No.2860 of 2015 from today and the respondent is directed to consider the same in accordance with law.
