Notice of motion.
On the asking of court, Mr. Rohit Arya, Asst. A.G. Haryana, who is present in court accepts notice.
Petitioner alleges violation of order dated 26.04.2017 passed by writ court. Operative part thereof reads as under:- "Therefore, respondent No. 2 is hereby directed to reconsider the petitioner's name for promotion to the post of Lecturer in Sanskrit w.e.f. 31.5.1993 and pass a speaking order. If the petitioner is otherwise eligible for promotion to the post of Lecturer in Sanskrit, he be promoted w.e.f. 31.5.1993 and extend all service benefits including monetary benefits. The above exercise shall be completed within a period of 4 months from today.
Petitioner stands disposed of."

COCP No. 2795 of 2017 In view of statement made by learned State counsel, no further direction is necessary. Disposed of. It is, however, made clear that in case any fresh cause of action accrues to the petitioner to invoke the contempt jurisdiction of this court, this court shall consider imposition of exemplary costs which shall be deducted from the salary of the official(s) found guilty for delay/non-compliance.
