The present revision petition and cross-objections pertain to the year 2000. The record of the same is fully burnt. As per the office report, despite best efforts, the Registry could not re-construct the record thereof. Even for the last more than 20 years, no endeavour has been made by the parties to get the matter heard. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present revision petition along with the crossobjections for want of prosecution. 2.
