**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) As per para No.5 of the reply, in terms of the request made by the petitioner in his notice dated 27.11.2020, Chief Engineer (South), Water Supply and Sanitation Department, Patiala vide its letter No.3556 dated 27.08.2021 has appointed Sh.H.S.Dhaliwal, District Judge (Retd.) as sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the dispute raised by the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid status of the case, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition be disposed of as such. Ordered accordingly.
