Ms. Shubreet Kaur, Advocate for respondent No.2. **** HARKESH MANUJA, J. (ORAL) By way of present petition, prayer has been made for seeking quashing of FIR No.353 dated 16.09.2017 registered under Sections 406/420 of IPC at P.S. Bhupani, District Faridabad.

At the time of issuance of Notice of motion, following order was passed on 11.01.2019:- "Learned counsel for the petitioners does not press for quashing of FIR on merits and confines his prayer only based on the terms agreed upon by the parties in the compromise, (Annexure P-11), wherein the complainant has expressed his willingness to withdraw the prosecution subject to fulfillment of terms and conditions of compromise by first party i.e. accused-petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that his client is ready and willing to implement the terms and conditions of the compromise. Notice of motion for 28.02.2019."

Learned counsel representing the petitioners informs the Court that the petitioners have never returned back and perhaps they are not willing to pursue with the present petition. Similarly, learned counsel representing respondent No.2 submits that petitioner No.2 is not even appearing before the trial Court.
