Affidavit of Tarun Aggarwal, Divisional Engineer (Public Health), Greater Ludhiana Area Development Authority, Ferozepur Road, GLADA Bhawan, Ludhiana has been filed in court. Learned counsel appearing for respondents has referred to para 4 thereof:- "4. That accordingly arrears of pay w.e.f. 06.09.2016 to 31.10.2016 were prepared and paid by way of cheque No. 001645 dated 06.12.2016, which was received by the petitioner on 06.12.2016. Thereafter, he is being paid the salary in the minimum of the Pay Scale of Rs. 10300/- plus the D.A. @ 119% and w.e.f. 01.01.2017 he is being paid D.A. @ 132%." In view of above, order dated 29.03.2016 passed by writ court has been complied with. No cause of action, thus survives in this petition. Same is hereby dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
