Same is taken on record. Learned State counsel has referred to the same whereby order, Annexure R-1, has been passed accepting the grant of pensionary benefits to the petitioner.

Under the circumstances, no cause of action survives in this petition.

Petition is hereby disposed of.

Petitioner shall, however, be at liberty to seek revival of the petition in case any cause of action survives.
