SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) By means of instant petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner seeks directions to respondent Nos.1 to 4 to ensure protection to his life and liberty from high-handedness, inhumane torture at the hands of respondent Nos.5 to 8.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail alternative efficacious remedy under Section 175 (3) of BNSS.
