Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) On the last date of hearing, following orders were passed in this case:- "Petitioner has constantly failed to take steps to effect service on the respondent. It appears order dated August 14, 2015 has not even been complied with. Prima facie it appears that petition needs to be dismissed for non-prosecution. However, in the interest of justice one last opportunity is granted. Fresh notice be issued on filing of process fee, subject to payment of Rs.1000/- as costs. In case needful is not done within three days from today, this petition shall be deemed to have been dismissed for non-prosecution. To come up on 17.8.2016."
According to report from the Registry, notice could not be issued to the respondent as no process fee was filed. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
