ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein seeks issuance of a mandamus directing respondent No.3 to take decision on his pending statutory appeal dated 14.10.2019 (Annexure P-7) preferred against the order dated 29.03.2019 (Annexure P-5) passed by respondent No.4.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and gone through the case file.
