The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.269 dated 03.06.2019 registered under Sections 376-D, 420 IPC read with Section 34 IPC registered at Police Station Division Mohindergarh. 2.
By an order dated 09.01.2020, this Court had granted interim bail to the petitioner and directed him to join investigation. 3.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would contend that pursuant to order dated 09.01.2020, the petitioner has joined investigation. Apart from that, in an SIT that was constituted, she has been found innocent.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State on instructions from MHC Amit Kumar submits that the petitioner has been declared innocent.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties.

In view of the fact that the petitioner has joined investigation and she has been declared innocent, the instant petition is allowed and the order dated 09.01.2020 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
