Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) Learned State counsel submits that orders passed by the writ court have been complied with. He has produced two cheques bearing Nos. 528390 & 528394 for Rs.4,38,827/- & Rs.21,000/- respectively. A photocopy thereof placed on record as marks 'A' & 'B'. He further submits that balance payment, if any, shall be released to the petitioner within three weeks positively.
