The said writ petition was allowed and while quashing the instructions reversion of promoted Scheduled Caste category employees was ordered.
The needful was not done within stipulated three months. Hence the present contempt petition has been filed. Upon notice, respondents have filed reply stating that reversion orders qua the aforesaid reserved category employees were passed on 23.11.2015(R-1).However, some of the reversion orders have not been implemented because of stay order passed by this Court against reversions in the individual writ petitions filed by reserved category employees. The delay is explained due to voluminous nature of work involved. It is thus Rajinder Parshad Joshi 2017.02.09 17:11 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
COCP 2881/2015 submitted that orders in true spirit have been complied with. In response, learned counsel for the petitioners very graciously concedes that no further action is warranted. Dismissed as infructuous.
