ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petitioner is aggrieved against the pendency of his representation dated 23.10.2020 (Annexure P-8) of the petitioner vide which he seeks to be absorbed as a driver from his current position of process server.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that services of the petitioner were utilized as a driver till September 2020. Petitioner was sanguine to be absorbed permanently as a driver and waited for change of his cadre from Process Server to Driver. Instead, one Roshal Lal has now been posted as a driver in his place. Services of the petitioner as driver have been discontinued vide order dated 14.09.2020 and he has been sent again to the post of Process Server. Aggrieved against the order passed by respondent No.2, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 23.10.2020 but to no avail. Hence, the instant petition.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and gone through the case file.

Learned counsel for the petitioner argues that he would be satisfied if a final decision is taken by respondent No.2 on the representation dated 23.10.2020 (Annexure P-8).
