***** Rakesh Kumar Jain, J. (Oral) In the order dated 06.08.2013, this Court had directed the petitioner to file a detailed representation to the Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, who was further directed to consider the same in accordance with law.

It is argued by learned counsel for the respondent that after considering the representation of the petitioner, FIR No.73 of 2013, under Sections 420 and 177 IPC was registered at Police Station Division No.1, Ludhiana. The investigation was carried out and ultimately it was found that no case was made out against the alleged accused and hence, cancellation report was submitted to the Illaqua Magistrate, Ludhiana, which is now pending adjudication.

In view of the aforesaid, the present petition has become infructuous because the order passed by this Court has been duly complied with by the respondent.

Dismissed as infructuous accordingly.
