Notice of motion.

On the asking of court, Mr. Harsimran Singh Sethi, Addl. A.G. Punjab, who is present in court, accepts notice. Petitioner alleges violation of order dated 02.06.2016 passed in CRM M-19823 of 2016. Operative part thereof reads as under:- "The present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Fatehgarh Sahib to look into the grievances unfolded by the petitioner in his representation dated October 12, 2015 (Annexure P-4) and if some substance is found, to take an appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of certified copy of this order."

Learned State counsel submits that in case representation of the petitioner is still pending, it shall be examined and disposed of at the earliest, in any case not later than one month. In view of statement made by State counsel, this petition is disposed of.
