RITU BAHRI, J.(Oral) Petitioner is seeking issuance of directions to the respondents to appoint him on suitable post, as per his merit, qualification and preferences of departments submitted along with application form. Learned counsel submits that pursuant to letter dated 24.06.2019 (P-10), the petitioner has exercised his option for change of department but no action has been taken till date.

In this regard, petitioner had given representation dated 11.12.2019 (P-11) but no action has been taken till date. Issue notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Kiran Pal Singh, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State. Without commenting upon merits of the case, this petition at this stage is being disposed of by giving direction to the respondent Nos. 1 and 3 to decide the representation dated 11.12.2019 (P-11) and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
