**** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel seeks to place on record a communication received from Deputy Director HRG-I, for Director Secondary Education, Haryana, Panchkula. He submits that pension, gratuity, etc., shall be released to the petitioner shortly. He further submits that in case the petitioner submits necessary papers within two weeks from today, same shall be processed at the earliest and retiral benefits shall be granted within one month thereafter.

In view of the above, no further direction is necessary. Petition is disposed of.

Petitioner shall, however, be at liberty to seek revival of the petition in case any cause of action survives. In such eventuality, this court shall consider imposition of punitive costs which shall be recoverable from the salary of the officer responsible for delay/non-compliance.
