As per this report, after conducing investigation, FIR against the petitioner and co-accused has been cancelled on 31.01.2024.It is intimated by learned State counsel that the same is yet to be presented before the concerned Court.

In view of this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file fresh one if the need so arises.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
