       Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Complaint Case No.COMA/257/2017 dated 25.05.2017, under Section 92 of the Factories Act, pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Amritsar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide judgment dated 02.04.2022, the above-noted complaint has been decided by the trial Court and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous. Dismissed as having become infructuous.
