(ORAL) Learned counsel for the respondent has placed on record the order dated 01.11.2018, Annexure R-1, passed in CWP No.28062 of 2018, in which operation of the order dated 13.12.2017 passed by the Revisional Authority has since been stayed, whereas the petitioner is seeking compliance of the order dated 17.07.2018 in which a direction was issued to take decision in the light of the order dated 13.12.2017 passed by the Revisional Authority.
In view of the same, no contempt is made out. The same is hereby dismissed.
The rule issued against the respondent(s) stands discharged. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh contempt petition in case favourable decision is passed in CWP No.28062 of 2018. February 13, 2019 ( NIRMALJIT KAUR ) meenuss JUDGE 1.
