Petitioner alleges violation of order dated April 18, 2017. Operative part thereof reads as under:- "In the circumstances, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, respondent No.5-S.P. Karnal, is directed to decide representation dated 10.05.2016 (Annexure P-2), moved by the petitioner by passing a speaking order within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order."

Mr. Brar submits that the matter shall be examined by the concerned authority at the earliest.

In view of statement made by learned State counsel, this petition is disposed of.
