NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioners states that by way of speaking order dated 11.12.2018, which is taken on record, he has been paid arrears, but claim of minimum pay has been rejected and therefore prays liberty to challenge the speaking order in accordance with law. In view of the above, contempt petition is dismissed. Rule issued against the respondents stands discharged. However, petitioners are at liberty to challenge the speaking order dated 11.12.2018 to the extent vide which they are aggrieved of the same in accordance with law, if so advised.
