An affidavit has been filed in Court today stating that deductions made from the pension of the petitioner were wrongly done and the benefit in original restored to the petitioner. A further undertaking has been given that in future, it shall be ensured that no such omission occurs. In view of the above, the petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.
