No plausible explanation is forthcoming for inordinate delay of 05 years in invoking the contempt jurisdiction of this court. This court is not inclined to entertain the petition. However, a copy of the petition was handed over to learned State counsel on the last date of hearing. Mr. Sethi, learned State counsel submits that the matter shall be examined by the concerned authority.
