Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 129 dated 16.12.2018, registered under Section(s) 304-A, 279, 337 & 338 IPC (Section 304 IPC was added lateron) at Police Station Sadar, Gurdaspur, District Gurdaspur. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has since joined the investigation and he is not required for further investigation in any way. Thus, he be released on pre-arrest bail. Learned counsel for the respondent-State, on instructions from Ravinder Singh, Assistant Sub Inspector, affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is not required for further investigation.
