Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) Petitioner alleges violation of order dated 11.1.2016 whereby a direction was given to the authority to decide the representation dated 2.7.2015 preferred by the petitioner. Admittedly, same has been decided and order Annexure R/1 has been passed. The contempt thus stands purged. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to impugn the order. Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
