This petition is filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondents for violating the order dated 04.11.2015. It is alleged that the petitioner had filed CRM-M-37667-2015 under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for seeking anticipatory bail, in which notice of motion was issued for 05.12.2015 and his arrest was stayed subject to furnishing of personal bonds to the satisfaction of the arresting/investigating officer. It is not disputed that the petitioner was not arrested by the respondents when he produced the order dated 04.11.2015 but it is alleged that the petitioner was beaten by the respondents. Hence, the present petition has been filed.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and examined the available record.

VINOD KUMAR 2015.12.17 12:38 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh COCP No.2948 of 2015 [ 2 ] ***** The petitioner has allegedly filed a complaint to the Superintendent of Police, Sirsa also against the respondents for the alleged incident of beating but no action was allegedly taken by him. The petitioner may, if so advised, file a complaint to the Station House Officer concerned for the purpose of registration of FIR or can file a private complaint but insofar as the compliance of the order dated 04.11.2015 is concerned, admittedly, the petitioner was not arrested by the arresting/investigating officer after the order was produced. Hence, the order passed by this Court is duly complied with. Consequently, the present petition is hereby dismissed being denuded of any merit.
