***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) At this stage, Mr. Kuldip Singh, Advocate, has made appearance on behalf of respondent No.1, who was proceeded against ex parte, vide order dated 17.10.2025 and filed an application for setting aside of the ex parte proceedings.

Counsel for the applicant submits that he has no objection, if the application is allowed and respondent No.1 is allowed to join the proceedings.

Considering the averments made in the application, the same is allowed and the ex parte order dated 17.10.2025, is hereby set aside. However, at this stage, counsel for respondent No.1 submits that he does not intend to file reply to the transfer application, as the amicable settlement has been reached between the applicant and respondent No.1-Ajit Singh. Even, counsel for the applicant admits about the aforesaid fact and at this stage, submits that he does not want to pursue with the transfer application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn. Ordered accordingly.
