(Oral) Learned State counsel has submitted report by way of affidavit of Inspector Lavedeep Singh Gill, SHO Police Station Ladhowal, Ludhiana wherein it has been deposed that the petitioner's daughter had been recovered on 17.1.2024 and was handed over to the present petitioner. Faced with the aforestated position, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh, in case need be.
