Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) Pursuant to order dated 14.12.2016, Mr.Vineet Garg, Managing Director, Haryana Power Generation Corporation Ltd., Panchkula is present in court. He submits that orders passed in CWP No. 12059 of 2009 has been complied with in letter and spirit. He further assures the court that utmost care shall be taken in future to ensure that orders passed by the writ court are complied with promptly. In view of above, grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. This court does not intend to delve with any further into the matter. Rule is, therefore, discharge. Petition is hereby dismissed.
