(Oral) In view of the averments made in para no.4 of the additional affidavit dated 30.04.2015 of Shri A.K.Sinha, Chief Administrator, GMADA, the petitioner has submitted that it would be satisfied if the respondents would not travel beyond the cemented pillar shown in photograph which is at page 70 and marked as `X'. Counsel for the respondents, in this regard, has submitted that they would not travel beyond the cemented pillar marked as `X' on the land of the petitioner.
In view thereof, the present petition has become infructuous and is dismissed as such.
