Learned State counsel, at the outset, submits that order dated 5th May, 2017 has been passed whereby reversion of the petitioners has been revoked with full benefits. He further submits that their arrears shall be paid and seniority shall be fixed at the earliest, in any case, not later than one month.
In view of the above, this petition has been rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such. Rule is discharged.
