CHANDIGARH COCP No. 2968 of 2015 Date of decision : 17.05.2018 Rakesh Chaudhary ....Petitioner V/s Krishna Chaudhary ....Respondent BEFORE : HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJAN GUPTA
Present:
Mr. Rupinder S. Khosla, Sr. Advocate with Mr. Sarvesh Malik, Advocate for the petitioner. Mr. Vivek Singla, Advocate for the respondent. RAJAN GUPTA J.
Stand of the respondent is that all benefits in terms of order passed by writ court have been granted to the petitioner. He submits that in case petitioner attends the office of Inspector General ITBP, Behlana Camp, Chandigarh on 24.05.2018 at 10.00 A.M. sharp, he shall be shown the entire record to satisfy him that his claim has been accepted and no balance amount is payable. This court finds this proposal reasonable. Petition is, thus, disposed in these terms. Petitioner shall, however, be at liberty to seek revival of the petition in case any grouse subsists.
