Notice of motion.

On the asking of court, Mr. Gaurav Jindal, Addl. A.G. Haryana, who is present in court accepts notice.

Petitioner alleges violation of order dated 24.07.2017 passed by this court, operative part thereof reads as under:- "In view of submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to respondents to reconsider the case of petitioner in accordance with law and dispose of the same within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order."

Learned State counsel submits that the order shall be complied with at the earliest, in any case not later than one month. In view of statement made by learned State counsel, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the respondent to purge the contempt. In case needful is not done, petitioner shall be at liberty to seek revival of the petition. In such eventuality, this court shall consider imposition of exemplary costs which shall be deducted from the salary of the official(s) guilty for delay/non-compliance.
