Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the matter is pending before respondent No.2. He submits that the petitioner would be content and interest of justice would be advanced if his case is considered and decided within stipulated period, in accordance with law. The prayer seems to be worthy of acceptance.

Consequently, this petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No.2--Commissioner, Rohtak Division Rohtak to look into the case of the petitioner and take a decision on the same within a period of two weeks from today, by passing a speaking/detailed order.
