(ORAL) The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking the concession of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.879 dated 27.09.2022 for the offences under Sections 384 and 389 of the IPC registered at Police Station City Karnal, Karnal. Vide order dated 10.01.2023, the petitioner had been granted interim anticipatory bail with direction to join investigation and the relevant part of the said order reads as under:- "Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the actual victim. She lodged the complaint with the police but instead of taking any action, this FIR was lodged against the petitioner."
