(ORAL) The contempt petition is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 17.03.2016 vide which a direction was issued to the respondents to look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass a reasoned order within a period of six months from the date of filing of such petition before the prescribed Authority.
Reply has been filed. As per the reply, a fact finding enquiry was conducted and in pursuance to the same, a direction to lodge FIR against the members of the Kalayat Schedule Caste Co-operative Land Owning Society Ltd., Kalayat has been given to the concerned Superintendent of Police, Kaithal.

COCP-2977-2016 -2in the form of affidavit alleging that in spite of the fact finding enquiry and the findings recorded therein, no recovery has been effected from the Society or its members of the embezzled amount and no liquidator or Administrator has been appointed as per the recommendations by the Registrar Cooperative Society.
In view of the above, the present contempt petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents that appropriate action in view of the findings, as recorded in the report dated 25.01.2017 be taken as expeditiously as possible, preferably within four weeks from today.
