Plea of the petitioner is that respondent is not complying with the undertaking furnished before this court on basis of which order dated 17.07.2017 was passed. He submits that he has moved an application before the court below for getting possession of the shop in question by providing police help. However, the matter is being adjourned time and again. Petition is disposed of at this stage with the observation that court below may endeavor to dispose of the application at the earliest, in any case not later than one month.
