In the present appeal, the challenge is to the impugned order dated 23.12.2021 passed by learned Single Judge in CWP No. 26412 of 2021, by which, the directions issued through notices dated 24.11.2021 issued by the Nagar Council Bareta, District Mansa, to remove the manure pits from the land assigned for development of a park, have been upheld. 2.

Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the present appeal may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to avail appropriate remedy in accordance with law to dispute that the land in question is not within the ownership of the Government. 3.
