JASWANT SINGH, J (ORAL) The 32 petitioners have filed the present contempt petition alleging violation of the directions passed by the Division Bench of this Court in LPA No.1756 of 2014 on 15.12.2015 (P.1). Upon notice, learned State counsel points out that no contempt is made out for lack of any correct particulars. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks the permission to withdraw the present contempt petition to enable his client to file fresh contempt with better particulars.
