The petitioner in compliance of the order dated 3.4.2017, whereby the age requirement was held to be 18 to 42 years for the purpose of recruitment to the post of ETT Teachers, has been held to be eligible, however, she has been denied appointment on account of no candidate lower in merit having been appointed in her respective category, vide speaking order dated 15.11.2017.
Counsel for the petitioner states that the aforesaid reason in the speaking order to deny appointment to the petitioner is incorrect, however, concedes that for seeking necessary relief, contempt jurisdiction is not the appropriate forum.
Dismissed.
Rule discharged.
Petitioner is free to challenge the speaking order dated 15.11.2017.
