Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'the Cr.P.C.') for directing respondent No.2 to decide the representation (P-1). 2.

Case called thrice, but there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, has apprised the Court that petitioner as well as her husband are involved in a number of criminal cases and details of which are as under:- Binder Kaur, petitioner

1. FIR No.173 dated 28.06.2024 under the Excise Act, registered at Police Station Barnala City (Convicted).

2. FIR No.29 dated 27.01.2010 under Section 15 of the NDPS Act, registered at Police Station, City Barnala (Convicted).

3. FIR No.123 dated 21.05.2014, under ATUL SETHI 2025.01.14 17:47 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document -1-

CRM-M-653-2025 Section 15 of the NDPS Act, registered at Police Station City, Barnala.

1. FIR No.205 dated 03.08.2012 under Section Jagjeet Singh, husband of petitioner 15 of the NDPS Act, registered at Police Station City Barnala.

2. FIR No.140 dated 30.11.2014 under Section 15 of the NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Lehru.

3. FIR No.463 dated 24.10.2024 under Sections 21, 22 & 29 of the NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Barnala.

In view of the above, no ground is made out to entertain the present petition and/or to issue any direction to respondent No.2 "at this stage".

Consequently, there is no option, except to dismiss the petition.

Ordered accordingly.
