**** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Stand of the State is that all the admissible retiral benefits as well as benefits of ACP grade pay and annual increments have been granted to the petitioner. He has referred to Annexure R-II annexed with affidavit filed by Dr. Mahvir Singh, Principal Secretary to Government of Haryana. Under the circumstances, no cause of action survives in this petition. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that certain amounts still remain unpaid as would be clear from his representation dated July 18, 2016.

At this stage, this petition is disposed of. However, in case, any representation has been filed by the petitioner, same may be examined by the concerned authority expeditiously.
