I.P.S Doabia, Addl.AG, Punjab, who is present in Court, submits that physical possession of the mortgaged property shall be handed over to the petitioner, pursuant to order dated 27.10.2017 (P.3) after completing all the necessary formalities within two weeks.

In the wake of assurance given by learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press this petition any longer.
