Petitioners in this case seek a direction to respondents No.1 and 2 to declare their result and provide detailed marksheets and degree of B.Ed. while claiming parity with the petitioners in CWP No.22711 of 2016 (Amitava and others v. NCTE and others) decided on 16.01.2020 and CWP No.6411 of 2020 (Ashish and others v. Maharishi Dayanand University and another) decided on 08.10.2020.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.1 submits that result of petitioners No.1, 3 and 4 has already been declared on 10.01.2020 and detailed marksheets have been sent at their respective residential addresses. CWP No.651 of 2021 [2] Result of petitioner No.2, it is submitted, shall be declared within the next two weeks and the marksheet shall be supplied to him. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances as above, this petition is rendered infructuous and is accordingly disposed of. Needless to say, in case necessary steps in respect to petitioner No.2 in terms of statement of learned counsel for respondent No.1 are not taken within the next two weeks, said petitioner is at liberty to move an appropriate application in this writ petition.
