**** HARKESH MANUJA, J. (ORAL) Through this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.0705 dated 01.12.2023 registered under Sections 21(b) of NDPS Act No.61 of 1985 at P.S. Rania, District Sirsa. 2.

Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Rajbir Singh submits that in compliance of order dated 10.01.2024, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation. 3.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 10.01.2024 passed by this Court is made absolute, however, the petitioner shall keep on appearing before the Investigating Agency as and when required and shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) CrPC.
