Through the instant petition, as instituted under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., prayer is made for issuance of directions upon the respondents concerned to: (i) conduct a fair investigation in FIR No.107 dated 14.09.2023, under Sections 389 & 384 of the IPC (Section 306 of the IPC added subsequently), registered at P.S. Cantt. Ferozepur, District Ferozepur; (ii) take appropriate action on the representation dated 21.12.2023 (Annexures P-3) of the petitioner. 2.
At the very outset, the learned State counsel, who is in receipt of advanced notice, has, on instructions imparted to him by A.S.I. Raman Kumar, submitted that investigation in the FIR (supra) has already been completed and the Final Report has also been presented before the learned Illaqa Magistrate concerned.

In view of the hereinabove revealed facts, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the instant petition, DEVINDER YADAV 2024.01.11 16:03 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

Consequently, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn, however, with liberty (supra). Moreover, in case, the petitioner approaches the learned trial Court concerned, through canvassing his grievance in an appropriately instituted application, the latter shall make an appropriate decision upon the same, within the prescribed parameters of law.
