(ORAL) This order shall dispose of the aforesaid four writ petitions as the controversy involved in the present petitions is identical and counsel for the parties agreed that they can be disposed of by means of a common order. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner contends that in the event the Finance Company conveys to him the amount due against the petitioner within a period of 30 days, after taking a considerate view on the penal charges/holding charges alongwith request for restructuring of the loan, he is ready and willing to clear his account and that the vehicle in question be released thereupon in favour of the petitioner. The aforesaid prayer of the petitioner is not objected to by the counsel representing the respective finance companies.

Accordingly, the present petitions are disposed of with the observations that the respondent-Finance Company shall convey the payable amount to the petitioner and its decision on the request of the petitioner as regards restructuring of the loan/outstanding amount, if any, within a period of 30 days of the receipt of a certified copy of this order.

and other connected case -3decision/settlement amongst the parties, the necessary action towards issuance of NOC/handing over the possession of the vehicle shall be undertaken expeditiously.

Miscellaneous application, if any, shall stand disposed of accordingly.
