Upon notice having been issued, the learned counsel for the respondent-UOI has filed reply accompanied by order dated 23.5.2019, vide which claim of the petitioner has been considered and has been declined. In view of the aforesaid position, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to assail the aforesaid order dated 23.5.2019 by way of filing fresh writ petition or by way of any other alternate efficacious remedies as may be available to him.
